Phase 1. Context

Focusing on analysing context and on the structures of the scenario in scope - nodes, interactions and exchanges between processes - our Artificial Intelligence tools access to the Platform datasets to profile the business potential between a given need and a technology proposition. The analysis is carried out on the 6 points of business:

Phase 2. Model

This phase is dedicated to formulate a proper business model to outperform in the context defined by phase 1, including relevant goal-setting metrics and the measurement strategies of the journey in its development. Next Present proprietary system applies human-centered design tools and methods through rapid validation of different solution hypotheses. The Model phase precedes Phase 3 as the first part of a the following loop:

2. Model design, check tightness to metrics  
3. Goes to Phase 3 to apply variation
4. Get back to step 1


Phase 3. Simulation

This phase connects the model created in Phase 2 to a relevant and coherent-to-reality flows of data in order to verify the relative performance of the model itself before the actual adoption.

The Platform business virtualisation capabilities apply Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain to validate the outcome of the simulation process with extreme accuracy.

Phase 4. Adoption

As the results of the simulation based on active use of technologies coming from Phase 3 express proper performance, the business is ready to be injected in the market, making adoption and system integration extremely easy and always in target with risk profile and ROI. If objectives set in the simulation are not met, the Programme loops back to Phase 2 to rephrase model design and related evaluation parameters.
